This house was actually built for the first time in 1993, but for some reason, records exists stating that the address was the primary residence of two separate families as early as the 1990s. In actuality, it was the garage lot for 302 Davis Road, and was only a home following its original construction in the 1990s.

300 Davis Road was originally built before 1970, and was lived in by Abram B. Manogue and his wife Elizabeth and son Thomas. Abram died in 1970, and his family lived there at least through 1972. The home was sold in 1977 to Howard & Barbara Cooper, and they sold the home to contractor John Joseph Brady for $62,500. The property was demolished (I think? I have no photos proving it. If you have a photo of the old garage building that stood here, please send it to me!) It was redeveloped and completed in 1993 by contractor John J. Brady, who sold it to its current owners for $246,500. Additions were made to the house in the back in both the early 2000s as well as 2024.
